Registration Process
Follow these steps to complete your registration
Fill in the Form
Complete the registration form below with all required information. Make sure all mandatory fields are filled correctly before submitting. Important: Keep your NIF/BI/PASSPORT number handy as you’ll need it for payment identification.
Pay the Registration Fee
Make the payment through bank transfer using the following details:
🔔 MANDATORY: Payment Identification
When making the bank transfer, you MUST include your identification number in the transfer description/reference field:
• NIF (Tax Identification Number) – for Portuguese residents
• BI/CC (Identity Card) – for Portuguese citizens
• PASSPORT number – for international participants
Example: “Winter School Registration – NIF 123456789” or “Winter School – PASSPORT ABC123456”
Send Proof of Payment
After completing the bank transfer, send the proof of payment to:

⚠️ Important Information
- Your payment MUST include your NIF/BI/PASSPORT number for proper identification
- Check if you qualify for the €50 early-bird discount (first 2 from each institution)
- Institutional support refers to payment by research units or projects
- Your registration will only be confirmed after receipt of payment proof
- Keep the bank transfer reference number for your records
- You will receive a confirmation email within 48 business hours
- Payments without proper identification (NIF/BI/PASSPORT) may delay your registration confirmation
